Careers of this generation

I've seen many older people said "this generation is simply troublesome. They will get bored and change their jobs no matter what we do."

As a member of this generation (2013 is my first year in the workforce) I totally DISAGREE with that statement.

For me, those people are stuck in the old age. Their "no matter what we do" is imply too outdated. If they think money, benefits, and security is enough to make employees happy, they are totally WRONG.

Thing is, we want excitement.

Somehow we know money is not enough to fill our empty heart. We know chasing dreams will do it but sadly no one ever teach us how to find out what the dreams that we are born to chase are. That's why we move from one job to another or focus on being freelancers in search for that dream or simply to get our adrenaline flowing while we still can't find one.

I don't believe those people who say "we have done everything we can but they still quit" have done enough. They simply do things the old way and refuse to accept that it don't work anymore. How about asking us a little about what we want before saying that and push all shits on us? But we have no rights to ask that of you, right? Because in this part of the world seniority rules.

Anyways, don't worry, friends. We can always take advantage of globalization or entrepreneurship and ignore those dinosaurs!
